This is Sleet, a Border Collie, owned and trained by Toni-Marie Hudson.  Toni-Marie takes some incredible pictures of her animals, besides being a great artist herself.

I received notice last week that I needed to do a painting of a Border Collie rather quickly and she was kind enough to let me use one of her photos as reference to create this painting.  Thanks Toni!

This painting took about two hours to paint - working from a very good reference photo makes all the difference in the world.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 (New International Version, ©2011)
6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

You did an incredible job on this border collie. You are so talented!! I recently started working with Velour paper and really like it.

hmuxo thank you. You will love velour the more you use it. That is all that I use - besides it is a lot cleaner to work with - not much dust.
