All My Marbles
Towards the end of last year I was approached by Dirk Schulze, from a well known German blog, wie-malt-man, which publishes instructions, tips and tutorials for painting and drawing. He stated many of their readers had visited my website tutorials and requested a German translation for them.
After visiting the blog, I decided to give my permission to post my tutorial in German. It is kind of cool to see something I've written posted to a German blog. Check it out by clicking here.
Then back in 2001, I was asked by Quarto Books to submit several of my pieces to be considered to be included in a book by artist Donna Krizek on art tips and techniques. Late last year I received a complimentary copy of the book and they used the same pastel - All My Marbles!
It's quite an honor to see my work published and being used by other artists - after all that is the way I started - following other artists and learning from there tutorials, books and demonstrations.
